Newmarket Tours

Newmarket Connections offers a "one stop shop" for groups of visitors to the area. We will be pleased to organise an itinerary for your visit, book race tickets, stable and stud tours, arrange museum visits and history tours, hotels and hospitality as well as providing expert guides to escort you to the training gallops where you may witness racing's finest Thoroughbreds being put through their paces by the trainers. All our tours are provided EXCLUSIVELY by British Thoroughbred Tours.

The National Stud

When you visit Newmarket you step into the heart of the racing world. Newmarket Connections gives you a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes at racing's headquarters, to go back stage and see the stars at work in some of the most successful training yards in the land.

We offer tours for groups and individuals, providing guides and arranging accommodation if required. We will act as your single point of contact and provide individual itineraries.

Tours can be combined with racing at one of our two famous racecourses and half day, full day or longer visits can be arranged. The Newmarket area has a number of excellent hotels and is well served by road links.

While 50 of the country's important studs can be found around Newmarket, we have exclusive access to two of the most successful private studs in Europe. This is where classic and Group winners are born and raised, including a visit to the one and only Lochsong’s home from home. With a chance to meet the stars of the future and several from the past, this is one not to be missed. Should you choose one of our * luxury packages you will spend the afternoon on what has been described as the prettiest stud in England, with its thatched roofs and chocolate box scenery, you’ll be in thoroughbred heaven.
